ALTA means ‘high’ in Italian

high-quality experiences

high-quality company

unexpected relevance

a curated community for internationals

Take me to the calendar.

Each gathering is carefully composed guest by guest, either directly or by nomination.

I joined ALTA to meet inspiring individuals across different industries, but I never expected the impact it would have. From the moment I walked into my first London breakfast, I felt something very special: the warmth, generosity, and ambition in the room were so energising. Since then, I've built meaningful connections, and I'm looking forward to collaborating with several women from the community. ALTA has become so much more than a network: it's a place that genuinely opens doors and creates lasting relationships.

- ORIANE PICK, ALTA Member, London (Owner, Candid Broad Productions)

For me, ALTA is a place where I can truly be myself. It brings together inspiring international women from different cultures, and backgrounds, and every conversation opens my mind to new perspectives. I’m part of ALTA because it reminds me that, beyond our different experiences and careers, we all share something deeply human. I always leave feeling more connected, inspired, and curious than when I arrived.

- CLAUDIA DI STEFANO, ALTA Member, Milan (CMO at IBM, Italy)

“The range of individuals and the relevance to the media industry caught my attention, as well as the informal nature. This proved spot on for the dinner on Monday. I really enjoyed meeting the group, such a lovely set-up and amazing venue.”

Bob McCourt, COO Fremantle

“Some days are just different and today was one of them.

I registered not entirely sure what to expect. Too many networking events leave you wondering why you came.

This morning was something else entirely. Eighteen women, extraordinary profiles, and a rare willingness to share, not just the polished professional narrative, but the real story underneath it. And everyone around that table listened. Genuinely, attentively, generously.

We took the time to hear each other. To welcome, to cheer, to support. That’s what sorority actually looks like in practice.

I left energised and impatient to see most of these women again.

A huge thank you to Annalee for the curation, the vision, and the late nights that clearly went into building this.

I’m proud to be part of a community of women who, as the French say, move mountains to build the life they want.”

-Johanna Worth, Former CEO, Founder Worth Connections

Women in Motion Paris

“What a pleasure it was to share this moment at JK Place with such inspiring women this morning! Connecting with all of you truly energized me. I was touched by each of your journeys and experiences.

The international aspect and diversity of our stories make our exchanges even more enriching and motivating. It’s fascinating to see how our differences unite us and empower us to move forward together.

A special thank you to Annalee Archie for your remarkable ability to bring women together and create such impactful moments. I hope we have the chance to reconnect soon, whether in Amsterdam, Paris, Milan, Firenze, or London, to continue building this wonderful community.”

-Alexandra Pointel, CEO VIPR Agency

“It is pretty rare in life to have the chance to meet one or two individuals you wish you could be beyonce-on-stage-with sparkling bodysuits. But being gathered with 13 women who, each of them has decided to make the boldest choices, trust their guts, to shape their life around their vision— is not only genuinely impressive but it’s truly refreshing. Their boldness and generosity gave me a lot of strength.”

- Nathalie Avedissian, General Manager AKQA

“I truly appreciated the opportunity to attend and greatly enjoyed both the conversations and the new connections I made throughout the evening. It takes a rare combination of vision, organization, and interpersonal skill to bring together a group of people who do not know one another and create such a seamless and engaging experience.”

- Ilias Harcha, Real Estate Investor

“Thank you so much for hosting such an inspiring event in such a delightful setting. The conversation flowed so naturally, and it felt like a special gift to connect with so many remarkable women from diverse sectors, all sharing that same spark, passion, and curiosity. It was a wonderful experience, and I’m grateful to have been a part of it.”

- Lucia Marcuzzo, President, Levi’s

“I’m still glowing from the Amsterdam breakfast. Truly one of those mornings that reminds you what it feels like to look around and be surrounded by women who genuinely lift each other.”

“I absolutely love what you are building. The group you brought together today was so incredibly well-curated, and that is not easy to do. I think you’re really onto something here.”

Founder, Bloom & Wolf

“Every single person there had something interesting to share, and I felt like I could take away something valuable and quite meaningful from each of them, something I have never experienced before in the same way. No one had been invited randomly, and that really reinforced my trust in how carefully the groups are curated.”

Ottavia Marchitelli, Director, Christie's
